New statue: Magic Bowl

Pacific dream: All my life I was fascinated and attracted by the sea, ocean and all water movements, the invisible energy that makes water moving. Waves come in all shapes and forms, from the smaller ones to the big
tsunamis. Even when sculpting stone, I try to translate the idea of water-movement into the tough stone material.

New statue: U.S.O.
18/05/'08 - New section added!
Those who visited my website yesterday or this morning have
seen that it was offline for a while. This is because I added a new section to
my page, namely Drawings and Paintings!
At the moment this part of my website isn't very broad yet, but we are working
on including a wide variation of the things I made over the years.

The Hellhound is my newest
sculpture, fully designed from my own fantasy. I was inspired by the many 'grotesques'
and gargoyles that are present on the medieval European cathedrals and churches.
Just to keep the
tradition alive!

My youngest creation Splash is
all set and ready to show to the public! I finished chiseling since quite some
time but the sculpture still needed some finishing touches. I'm also working on a few other ideas (i.e.
an original conception of a gutter inspired by gargoyles and a sculpture in plaster of Paris). Anyhow, do not hesitate to take a look at Splash!

For the moment I'm working on some smaller sculptures. I
expect to finish an abstract in Irish blue stone this week. Naturally I will update the Stone
section as soon as I complete the statue!
